When is the trip?
Casa Oceana is booked from November 18-25, 2026. Additional lodging plans will be shaped around guest availability and the final house mix.
Can children come?
Yes. The RSVP captures children, children's ages, childcare interest, and family housing needs so we can plan thoughtfully.
How formal is this?
Upscale but relaxed: elevated dinners, tropical resort style, swimsuits and linen, and plenty of unstructured beach time.
What airports should we consider?
Liberia (LIR) is much closer to the houses and should be the first airport to check. San Jose (SJO) may still work as a backup, but expect a longer transfer.
How will housing be assigned?
Housing will be matched to party size, room type, children, privacy needs, and shared-space preferences from RSVPs.
What should I do now?
Submit the RSVP interest form, even if your answer is only "likely" or "interested." Early signals help us plan well.
